Chop Chop Inc. Walkthrough — Full Progression Order & 100%
✔ Last checked: 2026-08-12
The single most useful thing we can tell you about finishing this game: each faction only needs to hit 35 percent, not 100. A yellow band on the Progress tab marks the line, and clearing it opens the mountain-peak quest. Players grinding every faction to completion are volunteering for hours the game never asked for.
⚠️ Before anything else: never touch New Game. It overwrites your only save with no confirmation prompt. Use Load. Every session. Full warning here.
Act 1 — The tool chain ✅
The most solidly evidenced stretch in the game, and the one that stalls the most people, because it reads as scenery rather than as a quest line.
- Tutorial, first wooden axe, and pay your respects to Furnox.
- Build the tutorial bridge. It looks decorative. It’s link one.
- Repair the windmill → you receive the water-walking clogs.
- Walk across the water to the pink-leaf island and chop stone wood.
- Upgrade the grindstone → craft the stone axe. Note the direction: stone wood unlocks the axe, not the other way round.
- Hit the hidden door in the tunnel near the entrance with it → the secret dev room.
Fold in along the way: build your house, build the Working Hall, find Bober the Builder through the waterfall in the starting camp, and clear the early money milestones.
Act 2 — City, factions and machines 🟡
The city grows, customers unlock, and the faction missions start stacking. This is where the cannon deliveries and the auto-harvester come online, and where the axe tiers ladder upward — players name Metal Mk2 → Crystal Mk3 → Crystal Mk4, with damage figures we’d call player-reported rather than official.
Act 3 — The world above 🟡
The act nobody’s guide covers cleanly, so read this one slowly:
Build the elevator to the dark magical area above → do Harold’s mission → the duck named Luis gets cooked, take him and leave → deliver him to the duck cult and speak to Walter → he revives at the Eternal Spinner → pick up the glowing recipe beside the spinner. That pickup is the most-missed object in the game. Then build the Electronics Press by your furnace and craft batteries for the Tech Bridge.
Somewhere in here, grab the Candy Dispenser blueprint from under the cannon platform before a mission demands it, and open the mysterious well with 666 gold — pure spectacle, zero achievement.
Act 4 — Endgame 🟡
Push both faction tracks to 35%, take the mountain summit quest, and beat Furnox to reclaim their space. Money milestones cap at 100,000. Chop 1,337 trees total and a mission fires for the golden axe — the counter doesn’t decrease, so it accrues across your whole run.
The 21 achievements
Twelve main-line, eight faction completions, and the zen stones. The factions themselves are the best joke in the game: City Admin, Church of Eternal Gains, Union of Questionable Safety Practices, Spreadsheet Militia, League of Little Rascals, Tactical Tinfoil Society, Discreet Book Club and the Champagne Committee. That book club is quietly corroborated by hotfix #4, which patched a “book club avatar” inside the dev room.
Confidence note: the full achievement roster comes from a single guide. The 21 count, the three hidden ones and the 35% threshold are independently corroborated; the individual unlock conditions are 🟡.
Still unsolved
Where the mineshaft is. Whether all seven ducks pay out anything. Whether gold trees respawn on a timer — the devs teased sixty minutes and never confirmed it. Whether an in-game map screen exists at all.

FAQ
What is the progression order in Chop Chop Inc.?
Tutorial and wooden axe, bridge, windmill for water-walking clogs, pink-leaf island for stone wood, grindstone into the stone axe, then city and faction missions, then the elevator to the world above, the Electronics Press and batteries, the Tech Bridge, and finally the mountain and Furnox.
How do you beat Chop Chop Inc.?
Players report each faction only needs to reach 35 percent, not 100. A yellow marker on the Progress tab shows the threshold, and hitting it opens the mountain-peak quest. If you are grinding every faction to full, you are doing optional work.
How long does 100% take?
Reviews put the game at roughly 10 to 17 hours, with about 11 to 15 for the story and the top end covering the 21 achievements and secrets. The last stretch is volume missions rather than new systems.
What are the three hidden achievements?
The secret dev room behind the tunnel door, killing the Chicken King boss known as King Nugget, and destroying every zen stone in the world. Notably, the mysterious well and its rituals give no achievement at all.
